Vila Mariana Project – Integration and Sophistication for Better Living
This 70m² apartment underwent a complete transformation to gain spaciousness, functionality, and a much more fluid flow between the spaces. The kitchen was fully integrated with the dining room, living room, and balcony, creating a unified and welcoming environment for hosting friends and bringing family together in comfort.
In the private area, privacy was ensured with a large wooden panel that separates the spaces without adding visual weight — an architectural detail that surprises and elevates the aesthetic. The neutral palette, combined with warm materials and refined finishes, brings lightness and coziness to the project, perfectly reflecting the style of the young residents.
The result is a contemporary, practical, and personality-filled home — one that embraces you as soon as you walk in and turns everyday life into special moments.
